The pictures show an example of some reconditioning phases of a solvent washing line Sperotto Rimar , carried out in our mechanical workshop.

Carried out activities

The degree of reconditioning and modification, agreed with our customer, included:

• Integral disassembling of all the mechanical and electrical parts with replacement of the worn out parts or of the not suitable parts
• Cleaning of the chain: (complete digging in degreasing bath, drying and lubrication treatment)
• Painting of all the iron parts
• Pickling of the stainless steel parts
• Replacement of the old c.c. motors with modern a.c. motors, driven by Inverter, adjustment and calibration by simulated tests of the Inverters
• Mechanical and electrical re-assembling of the machine in the factory of our Customer in South America
