Disassembling, reconditioning, transformation and re-assembling of a continuous washing line Kusters

Description of the service

The pictures show an example of some reconditioning phases and modification of a washing line Kusters carried out in our mechanical workshop.

Carried out activities

The degree of reconditioning and modification, agreed with our customer, included:

  • Integral disassembling of all the mechanical and electrical parts with replacement of the worn out parts or of the not suitable parts
  • Painting of all the iron parts
  • Pickling of the stainless steel parts, with special finishing of the surfaces (see the pictures of the Rotojet)
  • Replacement of the old c.c. motors with modern a.c. motors, driven by Inverter, with programming display on the electric control board
  • Lay out of the plant + foundations
  • Mechanical re-assembling with new wiring of the electric plant
  • Test of the whole line
  • Disassembling of the line
  • Loading in containers
  • Re-assembling in the factory of our customer in China
