Description of the service

The pictures show a single layer stenter, 6 chambers, originally heated by diathermic oil, which has been transformed by us, with heating by gas burners. Since the machine had been completely disassembled, we have carried out also a complete reconditioning of the mechanical and electrical part.

Carried out activities

The degree of reconditioning and modification, agreed with the customer, included :

• Disassembling of the whole line
• Loading of the machines on trucks
• Transport and unloading in customer’s factory
• Base, realized in steel bars, levelled by laser system
• Integral disassembling of all the mechanical and electrical parts with replacement of the worn out parts or of the not suitable parts
• Replacement of the graphite bars of the sliding rails of the chain
• Disassembling and disposal of the old oil batteries
• Disassembling and disposal of the old channels for the distribution of the air to the blowers
• Realization of 12 new channels (2 for each chamber) for the distribution of the air to the blowers
• Installation of new 12 servo-ventilated fans (2 for each chamber)
• Modification of the thermic part with the installation of new thermo regulators
• Mechanical re-assembling with the new wiring of the electric plant
• Starting up
